sticking a political sign in a four-year-old’s hand and bringing him/her to a rally to further humanize your cause is gross

just because it’s especially gross when hyper-religious conservatives do it doesn’t mean it’s not gross when liberals do it

kids are not a prop, and they are not consenting to whatever agenda you’re pushing on their behalf

even if they grow up to agree with you, they do not understand what they’re agreeing to now

you should not be paying a human being in lollipops to fill out the numbers at your political rally
